Edit secondary indexes
New secondary index:
Name of index (only letters, digits and underscore)
Field names to include in index (comma separated)
Unique

Empty table
clear data (empty SQL table)
reset counter (empty .counter file)
clear categories tree (empty .tr file)
clear binary data (delete corresponding files and subdirs in binary directory)
Rename table

New name (only letters and digits):
