Unix or Windows powered hosting solution with CGI access and Perl version 5 or higher.
Perl modules: DBI; DBD-mysql (for mySQL server); DBD-ODBC (for MS SQL Server).
SQL server: mySQL (version 3.23.4 or newer) or MS SQL Server 2000 or newer.
